First of all, we regret to deliver this unexpected and unfortunate news to all our Masters.

We are deeply saddened to inform you that we have decided to terminate the service for [Billionaire Royale Club], which has been running with the great support of so many Masters, as of Thursday, August 20, 2026, as it has become difficult to maintain a satisfactory service.

We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to all the Masters who have been with us. Please refer to the details below regarding the service termination schedule.

■ Billionaire Royale Club Service Termination Schedule
▶ Service Termination : Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 02:00 (UTC)
▶ Sale of Paid Items Discontinuation: Monday, July 20, 2026, after the regular maintenance
▶ Refund Schedule:
- Refund Request Period: Monday, July 20, 2026 – Saturday, September 19, 2026
- Eligible Purchases for Refund: All payments made between April 20, 2026, 00:00 and the end of paid item sales on July 20, 2026 (based on UTC).
- Refund Policy: Eligible refund requests will be refunded in full, regardless of whether the items have been used or not, and will be processed in accordance with Article 13 of our [Terms of Service] and Content User Protection Guidelines.
- Expected Processing Date:
: Google Play Store purchases – Payment cancellation will be processed within 7 days of receiving the request. (The actual refund reflection may take additional time depending on your payment method and card company.)
: Apple App Store purchases – Requests must be submitted directly to Apple, and the processing schedule is subject to Apple's refund policy.
- Please note that payments made outside of the above period are not eligible for a refund.

■ Refund Application and Submission Method
Refunds will not be processed automatically and will only be available to those who manually apply during the refund request period. Submitted requests will be processed once they are confirmed as eligible after checking the payment history.

▶ Apple App Store Purchases
Due to Apple's payment policy, you must apply for a refund directly through the App Store.

※ Refunds may be rejected in accordance with Apple's internal policies. If rejected, please submit the details to our Customer Support, and we will do our best to help facilitate the cancellation.

▶ Important Notes
- It will be difficult to check in-game information after the service ends on Thursday, August 20, 2026. Please screenshot and save your account information, such as your nickname and Player ID, locally.
- Refund inquiries after the service ends should be sent to [support@help-billionaire.zendesk.com].
- To check updates after the service ends, please refer to the [Announcement Link].
- After the refund request period ends (September 19, 2026), refund requests cannot be accepted or processed. Please make sure to apply within the period.

We will responsibly maintain our service until the final day so that all Masters can leave meaningful memories.
